Sledding around Pagosa Springs is a favorite activity for many during the winter months. There are many possible sledding hills - such as the golf course, Reservoir Hill, nea rthe parking area at Lobo Overlook, or pretty much any other hill you come across. Just make sure you aren't on private property or you have permission from the property owner.
